Through strict production management system, Welfine can effectively control the whole production process and automatically record and save the accuracy of the ingredients process and the traceability of all product production processes, so as to ensure the quality of products. In strict conformity with the international standard we use the sanitary and safe homogeneous equipment, the most suitable packing materials are used to ensure the safety and stability of the products.

In order to further improve the production efficiency, Welfine introduced the Swiss automatic dosing production system TEX to provide a new solution for high-dose rapid production. There are 60 kinds of raw material pipelines in the compact space, which can produce at least 1000kg formula products at a time. The maintenance of production equipment is simple, fast and efficient, and the adjustable flow perfectly matches with the automatic production, realizing the fast and accurate production purpose.

We introduced TEX to provide new solutions for high-dose rapid production. As many as 60 kinds of raw material pipelines are gathered in the compact space. The adjustable flow and automatic control realize the fast and accurate dose target, and greatly improve the productivity.

Cobra has a very good performance in low dose and high precision. The error is only 0.016g. At the same time the waiting time of batching can be greatly reduced and the efficiency can be improved by many times compared with manual operation.
